LG Invision Review

LG Invision promises television-on-the-go with an LCD display that gives mobility to the boob tube. Fully broadcasted movies and television shows can be viewed on the front display. Try using your living room television as a phone. I still have an old bulky thing from 8 years ago. Imagine having that thing on your shoulder, talking into it. No need for silliness as the Invision provides access to your favorite shows, news, sports, or whatever you like while being mobile.  Bluetooth is available for music and watching shows to keep the sound from other ears.

Style:
The Display is a 262K Color TFT with 240 x 320 Pixels and is 2.20”.  The quality is crisp and clear, almost enough to make you think you could jump right in there – if you were small enough.

LG still managed to keep this phone sleek. The Depth is only 0.47”. The rest of the dimensions are: height of 4.05” and a width of 2.08”. Its weight is 2.85oz.

Battery:

The standard battery for the Invision has to be a bit better for the features it keeps – 900 mAh Li-Ion.  LG claims a usage time of up to 3 hours and a standby time of up to 10 days, 10 hours.

Camera:
The LG Invision has only a 1.3 megapixel camera, but with a T.V. screen in the front, taking pictures won’t be what this phone will be featured for.

Memory: Up to 8GB of memory is available through a MicroSD card for the movies, music, pictures, or what have you.

Networks:
GPRS, EDGE, and 3G will be providing your calls through AT&T.

Television:
TV watching is made possible through AT&T’s Mobile TV service, made possible with AT&T’s MediaFLO. AT&T’s Video Share is also supported.

The price is around $99.
